The annual Renaissance Fair sposored by our Parent Organizations needs volunteers and donations and help to make the event a success.

Needs

• Items for Silent Auction
• Casees of Bottled water
• Cases or 6-packs of Soda
• Paper plates, utensils
• Baked goods (2-dozen individually wrapped)
• $10 contribution to cover costs of the fair
• Volunteers to help in shifts on day of event

We would like to add a hot lunch service for TPA students on Wednesdays, but we need more parent volunteers. If you are available on Wednesdays between 11:00 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., please contact Jackie Gully at (480) 963-3317.

Responsibilities may include:

• picking up the food - most likely from a location at McClintock & Southern
• checking names off the “paid” list
• handing out the food to students
• making sure the kitchen is clean and
• drinks are stocked for the next hot lunch day
