Support TPA :: TPA Parent Organization
Dear TPA Families and Prospective Families,
Parental involvement at Tempe Prep Academy is essential to maintaining the school’s special sense of community and to ensure adequate funds are available to better the classroom and extracurricular experiences for students. To that end, the Parent Organization (PO) serves as an auxiliary arm of the school with focus on fundraising and social events within the school community. Specific examples of special social events are the Back-to-School social, the ice skating social, and the annual Renaissance Fair held on the campus ground.
In addition, the PO organizes the various committees that help support the students and faculty throughout the year, such as hot lunches, teacher birthday recognition, carpools, and sports awards desserts.
The TPA Parent Organization is only able to do wonderful things thanks to the assistance of the parents. All of us have many demands on our time - however, when we each take even a small role, together great things are accomplished.
Please take a look at the PO committees listed to the left of this message and consider how your special interests and availability might match with the perfect volunteer position.

Parent Organization Meetings
The Parent Organization extends a warm
invitation for you to attend its monthly meetings.
Generally, the meetings are held on the 3rd
Tuesday of the month at 4:30 - 6:00 pm at Tempe Preparatory Academy, Room TBA.
Newsletter Preparation and Submittals
This year submittal deadlines for the newsletter
will be the same date as the monthly PO meeting.
Submittals are accepted from students, parents,
coaches and teachers, and can be made by
emailing tpanewsletter@yahoo.com or
by submitting your article (with the who, what,
where, why and when) in the Newsletter Folder in
the TPA office. Please include your name and
contact numbers. Thanks!
