Application Method I: PDF Application Packet:

  • Download the Application Packet under PDF Downloads on the left. The application can be used for both TPA (grades 7-12) and TPJA (grades 6-8)
  • Complete and sign documentation. Include Birth Certificate and Immunization Record.
  • Completed items may be:
    a) emailed to dflores@tempeprep.org
    b) faxed to (480) 755-0546
    c) sent via mail Attention: Records, 1251 E. Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282.

 

Application Method II: Online Application:

 

Student Applicants for 10th and 11th grade, will also need to submit an unofficial transcript from current high school.  Acceptance into these grades are reviewed on a case by case basis. Due to the graduation requirements unique to TPA, transferring students may lack the necessary credits to graduate on time.  A review of the students' transcript will determine if a transfer student may be admitted into TPA. 

Incomplete applications will not be processed.
