Booster & Used Uniform Sales
Purpose: this committee manages booster items and used uniform inventory & sales.

Carpool
Purpose: This committee gathers and communicates information enabling carpools.

Eighth Grade Promotion
Purpose: This committe finds the location, coordinates the event and provides refreshments.

Email Communications
Purpose: Parent volunteer who maintains email distribution list and sends approved communications.

Grocery Rebates & Box Tops
Purpose: Advertises, enrolls supporters, and otherwise manages all grocery rebates programs & box tops submittals.

High School Graduation
Purpose: Plans location, event schedule and refreshments for Senior dinner & graduation.

Hospitality
Purpose: Coordinates with school faculty/staff to provide refreshments for designated special performances and
social events.

Hot Lunch
Purpose: Sells pizza and beverages during lunch two days a week, includes managing food supplies.

Ice Skating Social
Purpose: Arranges ice skating social location, date, time; recruits parent chaperones for event; manages advertising
& money collection.

Kitchen Maintenance
Purpose: Maintains kitchen order and cleanliness.

Marquee
Purpose: Updates and maintains school marquee displaying upcoming events.

Newsletter
Purpose: Produces monthly school newsletter including article collection, format, editing and distribution.

Chairpersons: Carrie Valdez, Jane Sandoval

 

Office Volunteers
Purpose: Schedules and directs parent volunteers assisting in office duties.

Renaissance Fair
Purpose: This PO Committee orchestrates the largest fundraiser for the Parent Organization during the school year. The Renaissance Fair involves most of the parents and faculty/staff and requires an extraordinary amount of volunteer assistance. The Renaissance Fair includes a Silent Auction, Vendor Marketplace, Games, Food, Raffle, Dessert Auction, and the crowning of the king and queen.

School Directory
Purpose: Produces annual school directory including family information, formatting, editing, copying and distribution.

Snowstorm Program
Purpose: PO committee that advertises and manages the Snowstorm giving campaign. This program solicits donations from families in the month of December, in appreciation of the school faculty and staff. Gift checks are distributed to recipients just before the first semester break.

Sports Dessert
Purpose: The Sports Desserts are awards banquets recognizing the accomplishments of the school's athletes. Desserts are held for fall, winter and spring sports. The committee chair(s) are responsible for location, date, time, menu, decorations and invitations as well as collecting fees.

Teacher Appreciation
Purpose: This committee provides refreshments in the teachers' lounge on days especially strenuous to the faculty/staff such as finals' week. They coordinate closely with the Teacher Birthdays committee to ensure no overlap with days when birthday recognition occurs and others are responsible for refreshments.

Teacher Birthdays
Purpose: Parent volunteers help celebrate TPA teacher and staff birthdays.

Teachers' Lounge Maintenance
Purpose: Maintains teacher's lounge order and cleanliness.
